A&P Mechanics

STS Technical Services is hiring experienced A&P Mechanics in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of mid-sized jets, turbojets, and propeller-driven aircraft. You'll join a team working under a certified Repair Station, maintaining the highest FAA standards and ensuring aircraft remain flight-ready and safe.

• Perform efficient maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and line repairs on corporate and commercial aircraft
  
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks with precision and accuracy
  
• Work collaboratively within a team environment under FAA Repair Station guidelines
  
• Perform small repairs and adjustments to ensure airworthiness compliance
  

• 3-10 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic in corporate aviation required
  
• Experience handling airline call-outs preferred
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
  
• Strong customer focus with a natural ability to communicate and build rapport
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  
• Solid mathematical and mechanical aptitude
  
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 2 PM
  
• 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM
  
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM
