SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Reviews the release of nonsterile and sterile Finished Good (FG) Device History Records (DHRs) to assure product meets specifications and may be released for any remaining processing. Executes applicable Oracle transactions with product (on hold) to facilitate the issuance/usage of hold material. Coordinates electronically and physically the placement and removal of product from/into applicable hold/Quarantine locations. Perform boxing audit, inspections, and segregate product when discrepancies are noted, perform NC verifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1. Reviews the release of nonsterile & sterile DHRs to assure finished product conforms to Device Master Records (DMRs)/applicable specifications and approvals. Review includes, but is not limited to:
a. Product Labelling meets all BOM/label format requirements.
b. Label retains are correct & retained per specifications.
c. Physical product has the correct labelling per packaging level.
d. Closure and/or execution of applicable EPWOs and eQS NCs.
e. Verification of material traceability and issuance.
f. Review of accuracy and completion of Production documentation & data collection forms.

g. Verify that the quantity referenced on the router is accurate to the physical count quantity and the Oracle move quantity.

2. Tracks status of work orders and material on hold to facilitate the movement of material throughout all manufacturing sequences or release of material from hold.
3. Transact within Oracle the placement and removal of product from/into applicable hold statuses.
4. Segregates/quarantines product when discrepancies are noted.
5. Accountable for the physical release of material in hold/Quarantine locations.
6. Perform Oracle issuance & return of hold status material.
7. Perform product transfers.
8. Change work order's expiration date per procedural requirements.
9. Works with Production, Quality and Engineering personnel to correct production problems. Responsible for the escalation of an issue if product release is compromised.
10. Initiate eQS NCs upon identification of a nonconforming condition. Perform data entry, containment & verifications throughout eQS phase requirements.
11. Performs training to Quality Control Inspectors or Production personnel, as requested.
12. Performs Quality Control Inspector work, when required.

13. Performs Quality audit and inspections in Boxing and document it in DHR.

14. Performs other related duties, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma.
* Two years of experience in Quality Control.
* Highly experienced in Oracle and eQS system supporting the transaction and release of material.
* Knowledgeable on applicable hold statuses, types of hold locations.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively with others.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills.
* Excellent business mathematics and reading skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
* Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs.
