Position Title:Major and Principal Gifts Coordinator, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region Position Classification: Regular; Nonexempt; Full-Time; 40 Hours/Week Reports To: Regional Director of Development, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region Location: Employees in this role can work remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options. Candidates based in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale preferred. Up to 5% domestic travel may be required for donor events or team meetings. Please note that we do not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role. Candidates must be able to legally work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Position Overview: The Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region Coordinator will collaborate with fundraisers to acquire, cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gift level donors, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region. The Coordinator will manage donor data, support strategic engagement efforts, and lead logistics for donor events and meetings, including support for the Women's Alliance of South Florida; a dynamic community of women philanthropists committed to global health equity. This role offers exposure to high-level fundraising strategy and is ideal for someone passionate about global health equity, energized by donor engagement, and skilled in managing data and logistics. Responsibilities: The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting donor engagement and philanthropic partnerships that fuel PIH's mission. This position is part of a high-achieving 17-member Major and Principal Giving Team that raises more than $100 million annually. The Coordinator also contributes to the broader efforts of PIH's Resource Generation Branch, which supports a $230 million operating budget, enabling PIH to deliver care through more than 300 medical facilities across 11 countries with more than 18,000 staff. Pay and Benefits The starting salary for this position is $46,000 and is non-negotiable. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
