*Position Overview:* We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist with 2+ years of white-glove support experience in enterprise environments. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows 10, and hands-on experience managing onboarding and termination processes using Active Directory. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality deskside and remote support while maintaining a strong service-oriented mindset.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Provide white-glove desktop support to end users, including executives and VIPs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 operating systems, including installation, configuration, optimization, and patching. * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account creation, permission management, and deactivation in Active Directory. * Support hardware and peripheral devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * Maintain accurate documentation of support procedures, resolutions, and user guides. * Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols during support activities. * Deliver support both onsite and remotely, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. *Required Qualifications:* * Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience in a professional, client-facing environment. * Strong proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting and support. * Experience with Active Directory for user lifecycle management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with users at all levels. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.** *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr.
