Pay Range USD $70,766.00 - USD $79,983.00 /Yr. Overview Analyzes human resources data and compensation structures, serving as a technical expert on HR systems to ensure data integrity, create reports, and support HR technology needs. They also research salary trends, develop competitive compensation strategies, evaluate job roles, and ensure compliance with compensation-related laws, aligning total rewards with organizational goals and performance management. General Purpose: Address human resources information systems (HRIS) and evaluate compensation strategies, ensuring both data integrity and market competitiveness. This role is location bound in Potsdam, NY. Responsibilities HRIS Management * Maintain HRIS data integrity through regular reviews / audits and discrepancy resolution.
