We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center! This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, providing exceptional care.

St. Mary's is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. St. Mary's Regional Medical Center has served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma for more than 100 years. We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women's Imaging, Wound Care, and more.

Position Summary:

Responsible for installation and maintenance of the LAN Infrastructure and Server Operations. Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities (including power, software, hardware, servers, switches, wireless, communications devices, lines, modems and terminals). Monitors, controls and documents the performance status of the network resources. Utilizes software and hardware tools, identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network and server performance. Ensures system data is backed up and secure from unauthorized access. Responsible for making recommendations, installation and support of network devices. Requires participation in IS staff rotational call schedule.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and prioritizes incoming tickets, calls and requests.
• Analyzes problems and needs to produce an accurate, effective and efficient solution to the problem/need. Provides written cost justification as necessary.
• Coordinates the maintenance and tracking of servers and security appliances within St Mary's Regional Medical Center.
• Assists with maintenance of completed and accurate LAN hardware and software inventory.
• Ensures proper licensure of all software placed on computers and servers.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in computer related field preferred or Technical Computer training preferred (work experience and/or professional certification may be substituted).

• Other certification such as LINUX, CISCO, VMware, EMC Storage, etc. a plus.

• Two-four year's network infrastructure or server operations experience preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012 or higher as well as server hardware required. Knowledge of MS SQL a plus.

• Experience with LAN, routers, and firewalls preferred.

• Current valid Oklahoma vehicle driver's license required

• Motor Vehicle Report required to be run annually
