Dematic is looking for an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist with previous employee relations experience, subject matter knowledge, strong communication (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills who will support the Americas region, focusing specifically on the USA.
This role is responsible to ensure Dematic has a clear and transparent approach to Employee Relations ensuring employees concerns are taken seriously and investigated properly. This person serves as a trusted consultant and investigator by providing responsive and objective guidance to proactively and consistently address employee concerns in a thorough, neutral and respectful manner. This person is responsible for creating excellence and value through standardizing processes and making the data driven decisions. They stay informed on Employee Relations best practices, use investigation data analytics to make informed decisions, share trends and help shape the strategic direction of this space. We offer:

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000-$100,000 at the time of posting.
