We want to hear from you! The Operations Integrity Manager is responsible for developing and managing policies and procedures that promote a culture of operational excellence across Sprague's Terminals, Fleet, Service, and Delivery Operations. This role ensures consistent performance aligned with best-in-class standards, oversees training programs to reinforce operational integrity, and manages Facility Security Plans (FSPs) for MTSA-regulated facilities in coordination with the USCG. The position also supports compliance with emerging cyber security regulations. Operational Excellence & Policy Management - Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures that promote safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Training & Development - Design and deliver training programs to ensure comprehensive understanding of operational policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination - Conduct integrity inspections across terminals, fleet, and delivery operations to ensure adherence to Sprague policies. Security & Risk Management - Serve as Company Security Officer, managing Facility Security Plans for all MTSA-regulated facilities. Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience in terminal and fleet operations or a related maritime/industrial field.
