ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Alignment: Shape and execute long-term strategies that align operational activities with broader organizational goals and customer expectations. Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and scale capabilities. Operational Oversight & Process Optimization: Develop and refine scalable frameworks and workflows, driving process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement to ensure consistent support quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Design and oversee advanced performance measurement frameworks. Translate operational data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making, improve efficiency, and track business impact. Technical & Operational Leadership: Anticipate and resolve technical and process challenges across support frameworks. Enable seamless execution through innovative solutions, automation, and integration of AI-powered capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders to streamline workflows, align on priorities, and drive organizational effectiveness across teams. Data-Driven Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Identify data gaps and implement robust analytics pipelines to inform decisions, uncover trends, and proactively optimize operations. AI-Driven Innovation & Problem Solving: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning by applying AI and automation to accelerate root-cause analysis, unlock efficiencies, and propose pragmatic tradeoffs/workarounds that unblock teams and drive outcomes.
