The Foreman Technical Services, working under general supervision, is responsible for managing onsite facility operations for company owned properties, including daily production, operation, and maintenance of production midstream gas compression facilities. The role develops processes to improve gas control group, supervises facility operators, and maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance. The role develops strong relationships with Devon production team, resolves operational issues at facilities, and provides technical guidance and recommendations for areas requiring engineering support and/or analysis. The role guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.

* Manages onsite facility operations for company owned properties, including daily production, operation, and maintenance of production midstream gas compression facilities.
* Develops processes to improve gas control group, supervises and trains facility operators, process and approve all related invoices within area of responsibility.
* Maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in conjunction with and through close coordination with the Operations Foreman, Superintendents, and Environmental Health and Safety Department.
* Tracks all issues related with gas control, provides technical guidance and recommendations for areas requiring engineering support and/or analysis, troubleshoots and resolves operational issues at facilities.
* Maintains accurate records of production, operations, and maintenance activities, prepare reports as required, and supports budget and production review and monitoring.
* Directs midstream gas operators, collaborates with marketing team to optimize storage and distribution logistics, and identifies opportunities for improvements in midstream gas production, cost efficiencies and/or problem areas (i.e., deny optimization, marketing nominations, electrical problems, chemical use, compressor optimization) and leads improvement initiative in specific problem areas.
* Leads and supervises a team to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness, overseeing day-to-day operations and personnel development.
* Understands and applies all company policies throughout the team's operations, maintains a safe and ethical work environment, develops staff to achieve operational excellence, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations.
* Develops strong relationships with Devon production team, guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.

Education:
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education is required. Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related discipline is preferred.

Experience:
* 6+ years of relevant experience with 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Facility Operations and Maintenance, Engineering Support and Analysis or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
