Job Summary:
This training/technical assistance specialist will be a member of the Great Lakes Prevention Technology Transfer Center (PTTC) team. The Great Lakes PTTC is located at the Center for Health Enhancement Systems Studies (CHESS) in the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Funded through a cooperative agreement from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Great Lakes PTTC provides training and technical assistance to increase the effectiveness of the substance misuse prevention field in HHS Region 5 (IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, and WI). Preferred that applicant be located in MN, WI, IL, IN, or OH, but not required. The primary duties (~95%) of this training/technical assistance specialist for the Great Lakes PTTC include, but are not limited to:

Compensation:The typical starting salary for this position will $80,000 for experienced candidates. Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
