Join Our Family

We're looking for friendly, hardworking folks to join the awesome, high-energy team at our Charlottesville Distribution Center. It's our hub for shipping audio/video gear like headphones, speakers, and car stereos to our customers across the country. If you haven't heard of us, we're a unique blend of things: an acclaimed, national online retailer, a family-owned business that's Virginia-based, and a community-oriented group of consumer electronics enthusiasts. For the 3rd year in a row, we've been recently named as one of the Best Places to Work by Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group.

What We Do

Our Product Returns Testers process items that are returned and make the decision as to whether a product can be returned to stock under one of our inventory conditions to then be resold to our customers. There are several criteria that must be evaluated when making the decision regarding a returned product and this process is critical in making sure that items being returned to stock are in the best possible condition. Our Product Return Testers have extensive knowledge of products and their functionality and are able to interpret the customers return reason and then test the gear accordingly. We also offer the ability to cross-train throughout the facility to learn about different roles of the distribution team.

Job duties for a Product Returns Tester include, but are not limited to the following:

Checking in customer returns

Listening for mechanical defects or distortion

Replacing missing or used accessories

Ordering and organizing accessory inventory

Cleaning and repacking the products for shipping

Using a foam machine to repack products
