Work Schedule:

Full-time, 100% FTE day shit. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay: Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking an Ophthalmology Supervisor to:

  • Assist with leading the daily clinical functions of the clinic including maintaining clinical standards and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Work alongside outstanding physicians, fellows, residents and medical students.
  • Provide a safe and comforting atmosphere for eye care patients of all ages.
  • Assist with optometry.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience as Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Required
  • 2 years of leadership experience Required
  • 4 years of leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certifications Preferred
