Description We are seeking a PC Support Technician to assist with IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: * Fulfill hardware requests and manage inventory in the IT warehouse. * Receive, ship, and track IT hardware using SAP and ServiceNow. * Update asset records for received and deployed equipment. * Recover IT equipment from onsite locations and coordinate returns from remote users. * Deploy computer peripherals (e.g., monitors, docking stations). * Image and prepare computers for deployment. * Follow up with managers regarding offboarded employees to ensure proper equipment return. Required Qualifications: * Valid driver's license. * Experience in IT support roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Hardware Fulfillment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. * Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM). * Experience with SAP for asset tracking and inventory management. Preferred Qualifications: * Associate degree in a related field. * CompTIA A+ certification. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
