Job Summary We are seeking a Process Enablement Project Manager to lead the transition of privacy and consumer fulfillment function into the call center environment as part of a upcoming project. This role will ensure business continuity, process efficiency, and compliance throughout the migration. Monday - Friday 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA 6+ month contract Interviewing ASAP Responsibilities Map current Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) and opt-out workflows; define future-state processes. Develop SOPs, work instructions, and QA checklists for call center agents. Coordinate training and rollout with Call Center and IT teams. Manage tooling handoffs including CRRS, Jira, OneTrust, and reporting systems. Monitor SLAs and track daily/weekly performance metrics. Identify short-term efficiency gains while supporting long-term automation efforts. Ensure business continuity and compliance throughout the transition. Enable operational process migration from one department to another. Manage backlog and support process enablement activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5-6 years of experience managing projects, preferably in privacy or consumer fulfillment. Strong understanding of business continuity, privacy workflows, and data subject rights. Experience developing SOPs and coordinating training programs. Familiarity with call center operations and tooling handoffs (e.g., Jira, OneTrust). Ability to monitor SLAs and performance metrics. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize effectively. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $82.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
