IMMEDIATE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST NEEDED WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 830AM-5PM PISCATAWAY, NJ $21/HR Qualifications: * 1 year of receptionist experience or admin office experience * Microsoft excel skills and outlook skills * Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. * Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner * Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk * Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries * Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars * Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply inventory Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
