Job Description:
* Key Responsibilities
* Deliver raw materials, tools, and components to workstations in a timely manner
* Remove finished goods, waste, and empty containers from work areas
* Monitor inventory levels at workstations and replenish before they run out
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate material flow
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
* Identify and communicate shortages or process issues to the supervisor
* Record material movements using tracking systems (manual or digital)
* Assist with basic line setups or changeovers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or lean environment preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles a plus
* Ability to lift moderate weight (e.g., 25-50 lbs regularly)
* Basic computer or scanner skills required
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in operating a forklift
