What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a vital role in shaping how our products are made - designing, improving, and optimizing systems that deliver high-quality results. You'll bring innovation to the production floor through automation, tooling, and smart process design, driving efficiency and excellence across every operation.
- Engineer Better Systems: Design, develop, and enhance manufacturing methods and processes - from automation and tooling to materials and equipment.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot new and existing product issues involving designs, materials, or processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive Efficiency: Implement process controls, automation, and equipment solutions that boost productivity and support key manufacturing goals.
- Optimize Operations: Establish the right sequence of operations, tools, and equipment layouts to maximize effectiveness and flow.
- Document & Deliver: Create assembly drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to support production and maintenance teams.
- Lead Communication: Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating updates and discussions.
- Develop Talent: Train technical and production staff on the operation, maintenance, and repair of automation equipment.
- Support Growth & Innovation: Advise on capital projects, recommend new technologies and equipment, and apply continuous improvement methods to drive future success.
- Be a Team Player: Perform additional duties as assigned to support company goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Three (3) years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to use mechanic and electrician hand tools, hand-held power-tools, and measurement devices and gauges as needed.
- Ability to create process documents for use in the manufacturing and assembly cells.
- Ability to write and professionally present technical information to small groups.
- Must have a good working knowledge of 3D CAD
- Basic working knowledge of electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic principles

Compensation & Benefits: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
