Job Objective:
Responsible for working with the Finance & Accounting, Land, Assets teams, and the Information Technology (IT) Department to understand technology needs and challenges, deliver projects that align with the technology that provides best practice and leverage IT in support of the overall business strategy. This person manages a team that supports Quorum TIPS, Quorum Land and legacy applications and all related processes ensuring these systems operate effectively whilst also meeting the business needs. They will also analyze, review and document the requirements of enhancement projects and assist with prioritization and manage implementation of these projects related to these applications.
Manage legacy application portfolio to modernize and integrate into new solutions as applicable.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the needs of the Finance & Accounting and Land functions, and how Quorum supports those needs while also representing the needs of IT to the business
  • Envision, design, and deliver the Quorum TIPs and Land solution to generate value in terms of automation, efficiency by exploiting best practice Quorum design.
  • Use current technology to help modernize Land, Finance and IT Operations to improve reliability, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Oversee all phases of Quorum enhancement projects from conception to completion, including scope changes, and keep end users engaged through communicating relevant project information.
  • Manage the activities of third-party software companies in delivery of IT solutions.
  • Translate project documents, including reports and project specific business rules into technical specification document for development by internal or external resources.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Quorum solution by prioritizing and resolving service tickets and managing the ticket queue via the ticketing software.
  • Support end users and super users with training where required.
  • Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.

  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Builds customer confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, sets achievable customer expectations, and assumes responsibility for solving customer problems.
  • Ensures commitments to business stakeholders are met, solicits opinions and ideas from Finance, Accounting and Land departments, and responds to inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, Land and Finance and Accounting leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Fifteen (15) years' minimum experience in information systems and business support with a special emphasis in application delivery.
  • Ten (10) years' minimum experience in systems implementations.
  • Interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with individuals and teams.
  • Strong ability in diagnosing and solving problems while maintaining patience, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
  • Solid understanding of desktop computers, printers, and general office applications.
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic IT environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards successful project delivery.

Education Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or related field of study, or relevant experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Preferred: Certification in LEAN and/or Six Sigma.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
