Field Support Representative Washington DC Pay from : $100,000/yr MUST : Active DOD TS Clearance 5+ years of experience supporting Systems operations by fusing intelligence capabilities Hands on experience with Palantir Gotham Experience creating and updating workflows for operational purposes Experienced training analyst in a classroom setting Experience with HTML, Ruby, python and/or Java is a plus Experience with Gaia or Foundry is a plus Strong knowledge of excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High attention to details Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical DUTIES: The ideal candidate will work closely with management and other analyst to help train and mentor users and team members and train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting Provide real time FSR Analyst services Provide desk-side training to analyst Help solve unique and challenging problems in real time and be able to explain thought processes to piers Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases Provide feedback to the engineering team about product Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders Provide support in addressing RFIs and answering questions from senior leaders Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools Provide onsite support, delivering direct assistance to users Help develop valuable workflows for analysts Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
