The pay for this role can range from $62,370 to $69,300 depending on experience.

The HR Generalist supports RCSS by delivering comprehensive HR services, with emphasis on employee engagement, employee relations/investigations, and HR Generalist functions. This position partners with the HR Business Partner to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance, and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Job Requirements:



  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Experience conducting employee relations investigations and processing ADA requests.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience facilitating training and collaboration using virtual platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
