Job Title: Safety Manager - Lead a Culture of Safety and Excellence!

Hours & Pay:

Schedule: Full-time, first shift (flexibility required for plant needs)

Pay Range: Up to $100,000 annually plus a 20% performance bonus

Employment Type: Direct Hire

About the Role:

As the Safety Manager, you'll partner closely with plant leadership to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while promoting a proactive, safety-first mindset across the organization. You'll design and implement effective safety training programs, reduce workplace incidents, and play a pivotal role in maintaining a world-class manufacturing environment.

Daily Responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs across the facility
  • Conduct employee safety training, orientations, and compliance tracking
  • Evaluate workplace risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Audit operations to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and company standards
  • Lead and document accident investigations and analyze trends to improve safety performance
  • Maintain and update safety documentation, records, and regulatory materials
  • Participate in Safety Committee meetings and follow up on findings and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with department leaders to embed safety awareness into daily operations
  • Stay current with federal and state safety regulations and implement updates as needed

What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety management systems
  • Proven experience leading safety programs in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and training delivery skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, or walking for extended periods
