Maintenance Technician - Full Time Year Round

Sundara Inn & Spa Maintenance helps make the guest and employee experience enjoyable, safe and memorable. You will bring to your work a solid knowledge of mechanical equipment, housekeeping equipment, chemical usage and cleaning techniques, as you take on the significant responsibility of the entire property's operations and maintenance. Professional Fit

• Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license

Education and Experience

• Basic knowledge of mechanical operations for a resort spa
• Experience with basic grounds keeping, facility maintenance and janitorial work
• Knowledge of drywall, plumbing, electrical and painting
• CPO certification preferred-or ability to obtain within 6 months

Physical Demands

• Must be able to perform strenuous, physical labor, which includes, but not limited to: lifting over 75 pounds, bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time, reaching, kneeling, crouching, extended walking and standing
• Able to work in all weather conditions: snow removal and landscaping

Availability

• Work all scheduled shifts
• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
