Primary Purpose: As a Management Trainee in FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in analyzing operating expenses, preparing financial models, and partnering with business units to drive informed decision-making. You will gain exposure to core financial processes and develop the analytical and communication skills essential for a successful career in corporate finance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and analysis of departmental and company-wide operating budgets and forecasts. Develop and maintain financial models and variance analysis reports to support strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights. Communicate financial performance and trends clearly and effectively to business partners and leadership. Apply foundational accounting principles to support accurate financial reporting and analysis. Qualifications & Skills:Education:
