PIVOT Analyst
What you will be doing: The Analyst works collaboratively within a team of account managers, developers, and consultants to deliver a Software program called PIVOT to healthcare systems. PIVOT is a software platform that combines medical group billing, scheduling, payroll, and general ledger data to provide analytics around patient access, physician deployment, practice productivity, patient demographics, support staffing levels, payer contracting and financial performance. The candidate will need to quickly become a subject matter expert on the software and data elements. The role of the Analyst is to actively participate within an engagement team to install the PIVOT software, determine our client's needs, analyze and interpret data, evaluate potential solutions, troubleshoot data issues, and assist in the overall delivery of value to our customers. Key Responsibilities Responsibility #1- 70%
