Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at VNS Health, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-priority and complex roles, ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on execution, and mentorship to drive hiring excellence and continuously improve our recruitment processes. You'll build strong relationships with business and HR leaders, craft innovative sourcing strategies, and act as a trusted advisor in shaping our talent acquisition approach.

What You Will Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles - from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding - ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce plans.
  • Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expertise on talent market insights, sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and offer recommendations.
  • Mentorship & Escalation: Provide guidance and mentorship to Talent Acquisition Specialists, serving as an escalation point for process-related questions and complex searches.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through diverse channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, and community partnerships.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key roles to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and strong representation of VNS Health's mission and values.
  • Data & Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize sourcing channels, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and iCIMS/Workday standards while promoting operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation to align recruitment strategies with business and total rewards objectives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent VNS Health at career fairs, networking events, and community programs to enhance our employer brand and attract exceptional talent.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Special Projects: Participate in team initiatives and other projects that strengthen the overall talent acquisition function.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field required

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house capacity. required
  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions, building pipelines, and meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment required
  • Expertise in utilizing ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools to optimize talent acquisition processes required
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills required
  • Ability to analyze metrics and KPIs to inform strategies and improve recruitment outcomes required
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruiting practices required
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable federal, state and local employment laws, regulations, rules and practices required
  • Effective oral/written communication and presentation skills required

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $106,300.00 /Yr.
