We are seeking a Junior Mobile Software Engineer to join our Horizon Mobile team. You will assist in building and maintaining high-performance, secure, and scalable mobile applications that deliver critical intelligence and support to users in real-time.

• Assist in developing and maintaining native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Support integration of real-time alerting, location services, and secure communication features.
• Help ensure compliance with mobile security standards and address known vulnerabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles.
• Contribute to the evolution of Horizon Mobile's architecture and roadmap.

• 1+ years of experience in mobile development (Swift, Kotlin).
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform guidelines.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, push notifications, and location services.
• Familiarity with secure development practices and mobile vulnerability mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience with emergency response, risk intelligence, or security-focused applications.
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile analytics platforms.
