This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our Procore system to ensure it aligns
with our business processes and objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Procore
administration, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a midsized company environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Set up and configure Procore tools, projects, templates, user roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and procurement teams to standardize parts lists, material descriptions, and unit costs.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of cost data across all projects and templates.
- Import and manage bulk data (e.g., vendor price lists, assemblies) while preserving data integrity.
- Support integration with external pricing tools, supplier databases, or ERP systems if applicable.
- Monitor changes in market pricing and vendor updates to keep catalogs current and competitive.
- Manage system updates, integrations, and feature rollouts in collaboration with Procore support and vendors.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure system compliance and consistency.
- Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to Procore support when necessary.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and documentation for team members.
- Onboard new users and ensure proper permissions and access are granted based on roles.
- Collaborate with project teams, superintendents, project managers, and executives to streamline business processes within Procore.
- Analyze usage data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Customize forms, workflows, and reports to align with organizational goals.
- Support integrations between Procore and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, scheduling, document control).
- Assist with data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ensure system use aligns with company policies, data privacy, and industry standards.
- Monitor user access and security settings to maintain platform integrity.
- Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on Procore system administration experience.
- Procore Certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Project Manager, Administrator) preferred.
- Experience with Procore integrations to NetSuite preferred.
- Familiarity with other construction tech platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM tools)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Procore Administrator or in a similar role using Procore.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Requires ability to use a computer and/or equipment
while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time
attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor
vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are
