• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

The Certified Surgical First Assist provides aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions to assist the surgeon in providing optimal care. The Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) will function as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) when not performing first assist duties.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Certified Surgical Tech
• Graduate of an accredited surgical assist program
• National Surgical First Assist Certification (CSFA)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• High school diploma or GED required
