If you have a passion for healthcare and share our common goal to help increase patient access to affordable, high-quality products and services, we encourage you to apply!The Customer Account Manager for Ultrasound is responsible for driving service contract sales and renewals, supporting warranty conversions, and facilitating point-of-sale agreements, in addition to supporting the Ultrasound teams. This role requires strong collaboration with Territory Managers, Field Engineers, and Ultrasound Sales Representatives, as well as proactive outreach to new and existing customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Support & CollaborationPartner with Territory Managers and Ultrasound Sales Representatives to identify and pursue renewal opportunities and warranty conversion prospects.Coordinate with Field Engineers to ensure service coverage aligns with customer needs and equipment performance.Support the development and execution of point-of-sale service agreements tied to new equipment sales.Develop and implement a strategic sales business plan to achieve annual goals in conjunction with the Ultrasound Territory Managers and Ultrasound System Sales TeamsSupport Ultrasound Sales teams for equipment quoting, contracting and sales other sales support. Customer Outreach & Lead GenerationProactively call on new business opportunities, including previously expired warranties and service contracts.Conduct cold calling to generate interest and re-engage lapsed customers.Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to drive conversion and retention.Contract ManagementPrepare and deliver accurate service contract quotes tailored to customer requirements.Track renewal timelines and ensure timely execution of agreements.Maintain organized records of contract status, pricing, and terms.Administrative & Operational TasksGenerate and process quotes, proposals, and booking documentation in accordance with company policies.Ensure accurate deal entry and timely booking in internal systems.Support reporting and forecasting efforts related to ultrasound service sales.Customer EngagementRespond to customer inquiries regarding service coverage, pricing, and contract terms.Provide proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to facilitate contract approvals and ensure compliance.Support marketing and sales initiatives related to ultrasound service offerings.Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities and discussions with managementPrimary job responsibilities are those which an employee must be able to perform with or without accommodation. Requirements
Required Education and Experience:Associate's degree (A.
