Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Prior production supervisory experience preferred.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Supervising the day-to-day workflow of our nonexempt team who assemble component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging or completed units, the Senior Manufacturing Coach Specialist will review production schedules, materials, and manpower resources in order to assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintaining quality and attaining output requirements. You'll inform assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinate with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules. It's a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Prior production supervisory experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of production activities
  • Excellent motivation, leadership, mentoring and facilitating skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Target salary range: USD $74,050.00/Yr. - USD $80,125.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
