Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As an Enterprise Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the operational framework, ensuring seamless integration of processes, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing operations teams in engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise operations practices, particularly within the defense sector
  • Expertise in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and continuous improvement principles
  • Strong experience managing operational projects and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with budget management and financial acumen
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align systems and processes with organizational goals
  • Lead and support a high-performing team, driving engagement and performance
  • Oversee delivery of operational initiatives in collaboration with project management, business users, and technology teams
  • Provide recommendations on strategy updates, service delivery improvements, and operational evolution
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including talent acquisition, development planning, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor and execute risk mitigation strategies to strengthen operational efficiency
  • Identify key operational metrics, track performance, and report on objectives and outcomes
  • Partner across business operations to optimize processes, solutions, and technology
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and value
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drive operational alignment with corporate goals and objectives
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational success

Target salary range: USD $160,331.00/Yr. - USD $173,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
