The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Senior Instructional Designer, AONL Education for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). https://www.aonl.org/ Starting base salary = $90,000- $112,000- $134,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Senior Instructional Designer, AONL Education is responsible for assessing, designing, developing, executing and evaluating educational programs for the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) that enable members and non-member nurse leaders to acquire the leadership knowledge and skills required to drive innovation and success in health care. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts on the development of educational programs through a variety of learning modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led, video-based and print resources. Manage the Learning Management System to upload and manage content, generate usage reports, provide user support, and stay current with new modalities and systems to enhance and elevate AONL educational programs. Bachelor's Degree in related field of Adult Education (required)
Experience
5 years: *Experience with instructional design and development of Experience designing education for adult learning programs including but not limited to courses that are delivered virtually, on-demand, in-person, and online
