North America Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is a more strategic role and will take responsibility for shaping the marketing strategy and executing it. Defining and developing objectives and strategies for the North American market, including launch plans, regional marketing strategies and messaging, defining and maintaining product pricing and profit goals and metrics, product forecasting, building market intelligence. The Senior North America Marketing Manager is to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, build advocates and to drive acceptance and adoption of our therapies and solutions, so as to position AB as the provider of choice for Cochlear Implants.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop promotional strategies, sales support materials, educational aids, etc. to grow market share to ensure sales excellence.
  • Lead NA product launch activities across the AB CI portfolio for professional customers. This includes, but is not limited to, content creation, sales education programs, commercialization planning and execution, field communication and sales initiatives, presenting, and forecasting.
  • Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with internal and external customers. Includes high visibility from senior leadership. Interaction with the NA salesforce, customer service, global marketing, legal, offer development and pricing, R&D, regulatory, marketing communications, quality, logistics, and various customers such as surgeons, Audiologists, and hospital administration
  • Identify, rationalize and execute on business opportunities through new and improved products and product applications, educational programs and customer services by focusing on key opinion leaders, customers, and sales force.
  • Lead cross functional teams to market the CI portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, market assessments, forecasts, product backorder communications, conference participation and planning, new product/program launches, collateral creation and approval processes, and competitive updates.
  • Evaluates opportunities related to current and future needs by gathering customer feedback, monitoring procedural trends, evaluating competitive landscape, reviewing complaints, monitoring prevalent complications and evaluating reimbursement in key procedural areas.
  • Execute operational projects to further cost decrease and portfolio optimization for the NA geography
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Master/Bachelor in any of the following: business/marketing/economics/psychology/sociology/audiology/speech pathology

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration



Work Experience



  • 5 years of previous Marketing Experience

  • Previous Medical Device Marketing background

This role's pay range is between $82,400/yr - $123,600/yr, compensation is based on skillset and location. This role is also bonus eligible.
