Summary:

The Contract Analyst role is responsible for contract evaluation, organization and analysis. This individual works closely with the Contract Owner, Contract Specialist and other contracting parties to ensure compliance with contract management processes including valuation, interpretation of contract provisions, negotiation of terms and conditions and execution by appropriate signature authority.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • License/Certifications: ABA-approved paralegal certificate or other comparable legal experience preferred
  • Experience: Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office
