Description MaineHealth Corporate Professional - Nonclinical Req #: 52692 Summary: The Contract Analyst role is responsible for contract evaluation, organization and analysis. This individual works closely with the Contract Owner, Contract Specialist and other contracting parties to ensure compliance with contract management processes including valuation, interpretation of contract provisions, negotiation of terms and conditions and execution by appropriate signature authority.
