The Opportunity

Embark on a journey with Adobe as a Data Center Operations Analyst 4 based in Hillsboro! This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a high-caliber team dedicated to coordinating smooth operations and ambitious projects across our data centers. You will collaborate with top professionals in the industry to maintain our infrastructure's competitive edge worldwide. What you'll Do
  • Support full device lifecycle for enterprise equipment within the Adobe environments: Receive, Rack, Repair, Retire, and Recycle.
  • Install and configure data center infrastructure components.
  • Run and terminate structured cabling of various types (copper, fiber, etc.)
  • Maintain data center documentation within various online databases.
  • Detail ongoing activities in ticketing systems.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on data center activities and trends.
  • Develop standard methodologies in various areas, and document and train others as needed.
  • Help maintain inventories of spare parts, supplies, tools, etc.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
What you need to succeed
  • Possess a degree in computer science or possess equivalent experience in Data Center Operations.
  • Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining enterprise-class computing systems.
  • Experience with SAN/WAN/LAN technologies.
  • Experience terminating, testing, and certifying copper and fiber infrastructure.
  • Must be diligent and responsive. The team is small, and every player is essential for the overall success of the team.
  • Possess the ability to work both independently with little or no supervision or seamlessly as part of a team on large ongoing projects.
  • Strong oral and written English communication and documentation skills are important.
  • Always ready to learn. As technology and standard methodologies are always changing and improving, part of the role is to maintain educational alignment with ever-changing technologies.
  • Be well-organized, function efficiently under pressure, and capable of prioritizing workloads, often with multiple competing projects and fixed timelines.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $105,200 -- $211,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
