We are looking for a talented Senior Associate Producer to join the Fox Nation long-form team. Fox Nation produces exclusive streaming documentaries, specials and investigative, historic and uplifting programming available only to subscribers. Fox Nation also includes access to exclusive live events and over 20 years of archival FNC programming unavailable elsewhere.

You are familiar with working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. You are highly organized and have great time management skills. You are proficient in storytelling, writing and digitally savvy. You are looking for the next step in your career. You are a self-starter with a ''can-do'' attitude who enjoys working and collaborating with a team.

The Senior Associate Producer works on all aspects of production from concept to completion, working with a small team of producers and production assistants to complete multiple documentary-style projects simultaneously. The Senior Associate Producer may also assist with other productions such as on-location town hall and live event programming and specials. The candidate should be able to determine, plan, and manage their day-to-day activities as well as long-term priorities regarding all aspects of the production. The Senior Associate Producer must be able to start with a concept pitch and see it through to a completed project.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with small teams on all aspects of production, including story research, scriptwriting, field shoots, obtaining archival video, and managing rights and clearances of multiple long-form programs at once

  • Coordinate with other departments throughout Fox such as legal, finance, graphics, marketing, field production, and media relations

  • Write narrative scripts for projects ranging from 15 minutes to one hour in length

  • Book guests and conduct both on and off-camera interviews

  • Collaborate with staff and freelance field crews to shoot interviews and additional footage

  • Work with editors to turn the raw footage into a completed, polished program

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of production experience at a legitimate news organization, production company, or documentary company

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within small teams on multiple projects

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to travel when required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment under tight deadlines

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-89,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
