Materials Control Specialist (PFEP Coordinator)

  • Estimated annual base pay: $59,000 (minimum) - $77,000(midpoint) - $94,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and oversee the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze production reports to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights for informed decision making.
  • Schedule Adherence: Identify and resolve production constraints and delays. Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are followed.
  • Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and logistics to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any production related issues.

  • Inventory Management: Effectively oversees and maintains accurate inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials when needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in tracking and documenting material movements and transactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizes and manages multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
  • Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate coordination.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyzes data and inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilizes inventory management software and other relevant technologies proficiently to manage material control processes.
  • Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues related to material shortages, excesses, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  • Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain workflow continuity.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Ensures all material control activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and enhance overall performance.
