KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Center of Excellence - Expense Management to join our CFO organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the CoE Lead in strategic planning and implementation for Expense Management across the organization, ensuring delivery of high-quality, accurate outputs with minimal oversight
  • Execute and review financial and operational analysis, reporting, and planning activities, delivering professional and insightful outputs
  • Collaborate with the CoE team to manage priority projects, including current state analysis, future process design, and technology implementation
  • Address specific Expense Management projects, such as practice expenses, allocations/chargebacks, interfirm billing, and internal code reporting across all business areas
  • Provide strategic guidance through historical and forward-looking scenario analysis, aiding business performance evaluation and improvement
  • Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders, using data analysis techniques to identify trends, metrics, and predictive insights for decision-making
  • Build and maintain positive relationships across the firm to promote and drive the CoE's transformation agenda effectively
  • Share, incubate, and evaluate best practices to enhance Expense Management processes and deliverables
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of recent and progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis for a KPMG business unit or corporate entity
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably in business, finance, economics, or accounting
  • Proven ability to build and sustain productive team and internal customer relationships, break down silos, and create and execute plans and solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with effective written and verbal communication and data visualization abilities using Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Excellent critical thinking skills for dissecting complex problems, identifying root causes, and developing systemic solutions, along with experience in working in high-performing, global, and cross-functional team settings
