Pay: Up to $82/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects using project management best practices and integrated schedules.
  • Lead vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and testing efforts, ensuring technical and programmatic success.
  • Manage project budgets, funding mechanisms, and demand forecasts while tracking performance through established metrics.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between internal teams, leadership, and customers, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
  • Support bid preparation, change management, and risk mitigation activities; evaluate customer feedback and implement process improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project throughput and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Department of Defense programs or similar industries required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk Management, and Teamcenter.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; adept at customer relations and negotiation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to prepare presentations and technical documentation.
  • U.S. security clearance eligibility required; ability to travel as needed.
