Pay: $27.62/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • Conduct shift inspections and document equipment performance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, dock equipment, and lighting systems.
  • Diagnose and repair pumps, valves, motors, transformers, MCC panels, and solenoid devices.
  • Assist with facility upkeep such as plumbing repairs, painting, and minor building/electrical fixes.
  • Manage maintenance projects, parts ordering, vendor coordination, and subcontractor oversight.
  • Record work in CMMS, analyze data, and recommend updates to maintenance plans.
  • Communicate effectively with teams, management, and customers to ensure project clarity and progress.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or college preferred.
  • 4+ years in facilities or equipment maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license, forklift, and JLG operator certifications required.
  • Skilled in reading technical manuals, safety procedures, and maintenance instructions.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Proficient with MS Word, email, work order systems, and building automation software.
