About this role
Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.10/hr. to $35.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do:
Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
Provide detailed failure analysis and offer equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and performance.
Complete work reports, including detailed descriptions of work performed, parts lists, and other required paperwork.
Maintain a service vehicle stocked with proper equipment, tools, and parts to ensure efficient, factory-approved servicing methods.
Project a positive and professional image of Air Technologies to customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Apply excellent technical and mechanical skills to all tasks.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Electrical and mechanical aptitude a plus.
High school diploma or GED degree.
Multi-craft and/or technician experience desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A self-starter and highly motivated person.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits allowing unsupervised work.
Commitment to the concept of "doing it right the first time."
Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license; must be able to complete a drug test and background check.
Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for long periods repeatedly.
Must be coachable.
