Title: Bilingual Customer Service / Phone Intake Representative (Fully Remote)

Duration: 3+ months Contract

Pay rate: $15/hr w2

Location: Madison, WI 53703 (Remote)

Shift timings: Rotational Between Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

BG/DT required: Yes

Job Description:

  • Respond to inquiries (phone and email) based on information included in the public-facing website guidance, FAQs, or other documentation or guidance shared directly from supervisors/lead
  • Respond to email inquiries within 2 hours (except inquiries that require escalation)
  • Respond to phone calls/voicemails within 1 hour, making at least 3 documented attempts to reach providers within 72 hours before archiving the conversation
  • Attend necessary training
  • Install any necessary technology tools
  • Participate in scheduled team calls or other communications strategies
  • Follow guidance outlined in Support Center Resource Guide and associated documentation
  • Email templates and phone scripts
  • Response protocol - logging provider contact and conversation
  • Installing any necessary technology tools
  • Respond to provider inquiries
  • Distribute escalations to other contacts as necessary
  • Create protocol for regular communication to share common issues, call/email volume, and discuss support needs
