What will YOU be doing for us? Work collaboratively with clients and internal staff in developing requirements for both regular and ad-hoc reporting. Ensure that requests are valid, are handled by the appropriate team member, appropriate reports are developed and reviewed to ensure the highest quality of data is provided to clients in a timely and efficient manner. What will YOU be working on every day?
- Appropriately set expectations with clients on the organization's delivery of reports.
- Track common data requests to provide feedback on the need for specific standard reports and to minimize requests for custom reports.
- Confirm report requirements with internal staff responsible for report generation, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external resources as needed to clarify requirements and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Track incoming report requests from clients and status of design and delivery.
- Act as expert in requirement gathering for reports and client needs in relation to this area.
- Meet with all new employees involved in reporting to communicate which reports the individual is responsible for and expected timelines, as needed
- Communicate with internal team members responsible for regular client report generation to ensure that all reports are created and reviewed according to agreed upon timelines.
- Ensure automated reports are successfully completed and communicate with necessary internal staff to allow for their review of report accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal team members to determine the accuracy of reports generated and provide necessary feedback to Data Analyst in a timely manner to ensure necessary changes are made to the report.
- Maintain master list of required reports by client including any other pertinent details including but not limited to deadlines, specific information to be included, and individuals responsible for reviewing reports.
- Develop and maintain accurate instructions on how to run routine reports for internal staff use and for external clients.
- Deliver client reports per requested method of delivery in a timely and accurate manner.

- Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required Level of Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in providing high level administrative support or related experience.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work effectively with clients and set appropriate expectations
- Ability to use effective judgment and prior experience to troubleshoot common issues
- Ability to quickly learn new technology
- Able to remain organized with multiple interruptions.

What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate?
- Preferred Level of Experience
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Access, etc.), programming and/or data mining management
- Previous experience in a role requiring frequent report generation.
- 1 - 3 years of job related experience in providing high level administrative support to others in a technological environment

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of the Enterprise system
- Basic understanding of SQL
The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference. Please keep in mind that your education and experience along with your knowledge, skills and abilities are taken into consideration when determining placement within the range. Compensation Range: $20.88 - $31.32 Compensation Midpoint: $26.09
