Designer

Responsible for creating innovative and efficient designs to support Sales Representatives in the packaging industry.

• Develop structural designs utilizing ArtiosCAD.
• Create prototypes to ensure fit and function of each design.
• ISTA testing and analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed documents of each project.
• Formulate and communicate new designs based on customer needs, production capabilities, and appropriate materials.
• Artwork development and pre-press layouts utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and BRCGS standards, while maintaining quality and good housekeeping.

• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:

College/Associate's Degree, or 3-4 years of design experience.
