Job Description The Department of Teacher Education and Curriculum Studies (TECS) in the College of Education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst is seeking candidates to join a dedicated and accomplished community of faculty, students, and staff as an Assistant Professor of Elementary Mathematics Education. This is a full-time, tenure track position with a preferred start date of September 1, 2026. The College offers programs of study leading to baccalaureate, graduate certificate, Master's, and Doctoral degrees. Founded on a social justice mission, the College is committed to forward-thinking research and improving education in support of a socially just world. The person hired will conduct research, engage in service, and have a philosophy of teaching and advising that reflects a commitment to social justice, improving learning and instruction, and challenging inequities in science education. Salary Information The University of Massachusetts Amherst expects to pay within an approximate range between $79,350 and $116,174 for this position. Please note:
