Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support purchasing operations. This role involves soliciting quotes, entering purchase requisitions, expediting orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Responsibilities: * Send Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers * Generate purchase requisitions using SAP * Coordinate with buyers to confirm preferred pricing and quotes * Utilize SAP MRP system and Microsoft Office tools effectively * Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery Basic Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP MRP system * Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience * U.S. Citizenship required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with computers and standard office software Preferred Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience generating purchase requisitions in SAP * 2+ years of experience soliciting RFQs and managing supplier delivery timelines Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
