Description As a Business Director, Rheumatology, you will lead a field-based team of Territory Managers to drive the sale and promotion of Lilly products within a defined geography. This role operates in close partnership with Lilly. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, meeting, and exceeding sales goals and achieving all other key operational goals. Reporting to the Vanigent National Business Director, you will also be responsible for hiring, training, coaching and developing your Territory Managers. Working with your team, you will execute the defined strategy, including business planning and performance metrics, alliance partnership/collaboration, resource planning, market access and pull-through, and leadership of the sales force-while leading the business in compliance with all Vanigent sales guidelines. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000k-$195,000k. Actual salary will vary based onvarious factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
