*Job Title:* Fraud Support Analyst
*Workplace Type:* On-site *Locations:* Pittsburgh, PA or Birmingham, AL *Experience Level:* Entry Level *Schedule Options:* * Team 1: Monday-Friday, AM shift (8:30 AM-5:00 PM) or PM shift (12:30 PM-9:00 PM) * Team 2: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM * *Holiday Availability Required* *Position Overview:* The Fraud Support Analyst will be part of a Fraud Support team responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications related to potential fraud activity. This team operates 24/7/365 and handles ticket creation, case management, and customer support across various digital platforms. Analysts will assess and evaluate transactional alerts for potential fraud, troubleshoot issues related to retail applications, and provide resolution or escalation support. The role involves direct interaction with customers and internal teams, requiring strong investigative skills and a customer-first mindset. *Key Responsibilities:* * Review and respond to fraud alerts across multiple user interfaces * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking applications * Document case details and customer interactions accurately * Conduct research using internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve or escalate cases * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web portal * Collaborate with internal fraud and operations teams to ensure timely resolution *Required Skills:* * Investigation and analysis * Fraud detection * Customer service orientation * Call center experience * Strong attention to detail * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
