US-VA-Arlington
Overview Gilbane Development Company (Gilbane) delivers high-quality affordable and mixed-income housing that strengthens communities and creates long-term, inclusive value. With an active pipeline across the Mid-Atlantic region (NC, VA, DC, MD, and PA), we're building places that people are proud to call home, all while balancing placemaking, durability, and financial performance. As we scale our impact, we're looking to add a Project Manager (PM) to our team, someone eager to learn more about real estate development while directly supporting active projects from pre-development through construction and delivery. Reporting directly to Gilbane's Senior Project Manager (SPM) for Affordable and Mixed-Income Housing, the PM will play a hands-on role in supporting the full development lifecycle of projects, working closely with the SPM and broader development team to help move deals forward. By managing the day-to-day coordination of multiple facets of a project, while supporting the execution of multiple others, this is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a highly collaborative, mission-aligned, and performance-driven environment. Responsibilities
Assist senior team members in managing active development projects from site control through close-out.
